I accidentally purchased the incorrect items, can you change them to the correct items?
If you have purchased the incorrect items, we can't exchange the items in your order to different ones as the retail price often isn’t the same. If you purchased the incorrect items, please tell us asap and we will cancel your order and give you a refund if your order hasn’t been shipped. You can then place a new order with the correct items.
How long is shipping?
Normal shipping time is 9-15 days. Shipping times is currently higher as a direct consequence of the international corona epidemic. Governments worldwide are currently taking precautionary measures to avoid spreading of the virus. This unfortunately affects the air transportation from our warehouse to the destination country of the customer as well as a delay in customs worldwide. Please acknowledge that this affects all online shops, not just ours. We thank you for your understanding during this international epidemic.
It says my order has been delivered, yet I have not received it?
If your order is not delivered after the local post carrier has reported your parcel as delivered, please contact us with your order information and the address the parcel was supposed to get delivered to and we will look into it and make sure you will receive your order one way or another!

You can track your order using your own unique tracking number or using your order number and email address on our "track your order" page on our official website or find it here. When your parcel is located in its destination country you will be able to track it using your tracking number on your local post carriers (USPS, Canada Post, Australia Post) official tracking page.

Yes! We ship to all countries.
How do I get my tracking information?
Once you have placed your order you will receive your order number in your order confirmation. You can use this number along with your email address to track your order on our "track your order" page which you can find here. Once your order has been dispatched and scanned by the first sorting centre a unique tracking number gets created and you will receive this tracking number via the email address you provided when placing your order. You can use this tracking number to track your order either on our website or from your local carriers official tracking page once your parcel is located in its destination country.

I want a refund!
If you want a refund, you have to provide us with a legitimate reasoning for being eligible for a refund. If your order has not been dispatched, we can give you a refund right away. If your order has already been dispatched from our facility, you will need to send the items back to our office to be able to receive a refund. The return address is:
